We worked closely with the managerial team for a popular  holiday park in the South-West of England, helping to train the management team on the systems used (EliteLive), whilst improving the workflow.

This freed up the managerial team for the varying sites to tackle KPI's, and improved internal communication with the inhouse accounts department.

Vendor Relations

Temporary contract with NHS Yeovil, where Joshua called all existing suppliers and resolved a number of historic issues on accounts. From invoices not staying true to agreed pricing, to rehashing communication lines.

Launched a second campaign for "Tradeshift" successfully digitizing 60%+ of purchase invoices. Reducing overall aged credits by 90%+ within 3 months.

Cash Flow

Long established car dealership faced a string of challenges caused by Covid, leading to increased Debtor days and an overreliance on overdraft facilities.

A friendly "touch-base" campaign with all customers enabled an effective collection of overdue balances and a rework on established credit terms, leading to a healthy "Cash on Hand and in Bank" and opportunities to invest.
