Your Xero configuration, SharePoint site build, software integrations, and chart of accounts mapping. It is a one-time cost paid before your retainer begins. It is also the most flexible part of our pricing - ask us about it on your discovery call.

Yes. Your Xero subscription is built into your monthly retainer. You do not pay for it separately.

We prepare everything your accountant needs - reconciled books, categorised transactions, and a clean trial balance. If you use one of our accountant partners, you will pay less than standard market rate, and we manage that relationship on your behalf.

Absolutely. Many clients start on Minimum or Standard and move up as their business grows. We'll recommend an upgrade when it makes sense - never before.

We accept GBP, EUR, and USD. This will be dependent on where you are specifically in the world.
